Sarah Quick was in the Scotland A team against France A in Arras in February 2009 and three months later she stepped up to the national squad for the FIRA/AER European Trophy tournament in sweden in may 2009, coming off the bench against Russia. Previously she had been in the national under-16 (a captain in her second season) and under-18 teams and captained Scotland under-20 in season 2010/11. The Penicuik High School former pupil is now a sport and exercise student at Heriot-Watt University.
